期刊介绍：

Advances in Microbial Ecology is a revised series topic that will cover in extended detail current topics in general microbiology and microbial ecology. These topics will include all microbial ecosystems, environmental applications, human health interactions, infectious diseases, the human microbiome, as well as interactions between microbes and macroorganisms. Topics will also include technological developments and applications of microbes in agriculture, the oceans, and soils. Finally, we will include implications of current knowledge for the developing world, and for training the next generation of scientists.
