The editorial policy of the Food and Drug Law Journal is to record, examine, and discuss the progress of the laws and regulations in the fields of food, drugs, animal drugs, biologics, cosmetics, diagnostics, dietary supplements, medical devices and tobacco. Coverage of historical developments of laws and regulations, analysis of current and emerging developments, prognoses of future directions, and normative comments on what the law should be, are encouraged.
