Iranian Journal of Ophthalmology (ISSN 1735-4153), the official journal of the Iranian Society of Ophthalmology, was founded in 1969 and publishes original peer-reviewed reports of research in ophthalmology and visual sciences, including basic science investigations and clinical studies. Iranian Journal of Ophthalmology also publishes major reviews of specific topics by acknowledged authorities.
