The journal Revista Brasileira de Oftalmologia is published since 1942 by the Brazilian Society of Ophthalmology and is now in its 66th volume. Revista Brasileira de Oftalmologia is a bimonthly publication. It represents a great part of the history of Brazilian's Ophthalmology publications. Its purpose is to divulgate original technical and scientific studies (original and unpublished), resulting from research and reviews of ophthalmological and correlated themes.
